Default New Transformers character.

You're going to love this:

Note the name. Oh dear.

Oops! The maker says there was never any intention to sell 'Spastic' in Europe.

Half a pound of nuts and bolts,
half a pound of plastic.
Mix them in a paper bag and...

It can't be on release for the British market surely? That has to be American or Japanese where such terms would have different meanings? Well, I would hope so anyway. I think that Scope and other charity groups (including the one I work for) would complain if that was released over here.

Just for the sake of bad taste though, I think that I would have to buy one!

Apparently it's US market only. I can't imagine their market research would screw up like that if they had intended it to be sold here and had thus done the relevant research here.

Still made me laugh though .

I seem to recall it was the Americans in the 80's trying to export a dance to here that went by the name of The Shag.....

Selling spastics has to be a bit of a "specialist" market hasn't it?
