Default Scotland and Sausage...

What is with you Scotish lot's sausages?! They are square... WTF!

Im working away up here (Im a southern softy from Kent) and its cold and when I have a fry up I just dont understand these sausages...

Please explain.

P.s. Im in my hotel room and bored so please dont be offended, I simply have nothing else to do, oddly 'sausage' came in to my head, dont go reading too much in to this... haha

The last time I had them the offending pan had about a double measeure (english sprit) of fat in it
