Have you seen this new data base

www.police.uk

It details the amount and types of crime reported in your postcode for the last month.

I was stunned by how much there is in my area - especially as it's right behind the police station - then realised that the area shown is much bigger then just my postcode and included Colchester High Street where all the pubs and clubs are.

I can't decide whether this is going to make people feel better or worse about the level of crime.

My postcode doesnt work... I can only assume the police have gone home or the computers have been stolen.

EDIT: Infact it just crashed my computer.

I was surprised to find one "other" where I live. I didn't think anybody did anything naughty since the drug dealers were battered out of their home a couple of yeas back.

Need to talk to the gossips to find out who has been a naughty boy/girl. Or should than be granddad/granny
