Default Loudest gigs

Been watching Lemmy: 51% MF. 49% SOAB. (Top stuff, I knew Fast Eddie was a bit of a hard Jimmy Hunt, his interview is class... and confirms it, even at 67yrs old, I wouldnt be giving him any cheek.)

So twas 122db.for Lemmy& co. on the meter. I reckon thats a two day ring/whistle.

Who,live has burst your napper/ re-arranged your insides/got u talking like a 'tard?

Pantera, Far beyond driven tour. I went deaf in one ear for ages and have never heard the same since! Sometimes though, loud does not mean good. Last time I saw Opeth, the sound was perfect, it was like listening to a CD because it was so clear and every word sung was audible. Amazing band too. Saw Napalm Death a few years ago and it was OK, had a bit of ringing for a day or two. These days I wear ear plugs because I do not want to damage my hearing anymore, so when I saw Marduk and Anaal Nathrak, I was plugged up and thoroughly enjoyed the gig and did not have ringing afterwards.

As for Lemmy and Co, took my Mother to see them as a treat for her fiftieth birthday. They did good, but the venue was awful, my mother though enjoyed every second.

Prodigy at Brixton was pretty loud.

I fell asleep at the Astoria at an aftershow party with my head resting against the speaker. Not good for one's hearing or brain function. Not very rock and roll wither.

We've got Iron Maiden on this morning and Mr LPH seems to be trying to re-create a gig in the lounge.
