Default How to fit a top box plate to pillion seat

You'll need:

A pillion passenger seat
4 bolts (minimum M6 by 150mm) - cut length to fit
8 nuts to fit (4 should be nylock)
8 20mm repair washers
1 metre 15mm tube (ready to cut into four lengths)

Plus the tools: hacksaw, metal file, vice, drill, wrenches, rule

The attached diagram should be all you need by way of instruction. Exact placing depends on what the individual set-up is. I fitted a 45L SHAD to my SV650 K3 and removed the grab handle to make taking it off easier. Works a treat.
