Irony

Have faced redundancy in the face for the whole month of March.

Today an email arrived from the head office. It stated this year there will be no pay rises.

Reason given: To save jobs.

I've not had a pay rise now for the past 4 years.

Should have been given notice today but it's been put back another week.

Jeeeeesus , they shoudn`t mess people around like that , stressful as it is , I feel for you man

and i believe (well, ok, i know) you are moving house tomorrow too? why not chuck in a marriage or divorce to keep your mind occupied...?

I'm at work today until 12 and then that's me on gardening leave until someone can decide if I have a job or not. Removal packers are in the house now. House move tomorrow.

I actually rather hope I wont be back in work but have a feeling I will be. Would much prefer to take the redundancy and shove two fingers up and find something with better.

I managed to get the divorce out the way previously so that's one stress less. Marriage? Er no. Love Foxy to bits but not going down that road again.

Baby? I think that would tip me over the edge.

I popped into Tescos to get some Milk yesterday and there was one bawling it`s eyes out in a trolley seat , it was all I could do to pay for my Milk and leg it out of there . I take my hat off to people that raise kids . Had none myself (yet) .
