Default Double bubble screens?

Do they really make much of a difference?

I was coming back down the A34 yesterday and it was particularly breezy!

The standard screen doesn't provide much in the way of protection it seems.

yes they are worth the money if you do lots of faster A roads dual carriage ways.

I bought one due to my commute 40 mile round trip up dual carriage way, although if i sit upright, it now just pushes the air up my chin into the lid.

I'm glad I bought mine, its still clear so not for cosmetic reasons. It works well and keeps my head in a stable wind rather than the buffeting that used to happen. Pootling round town it makes naff all difference but the greater the speed the more grateful I am for having it
edit: Damn I should have posted something evil for my 666th post

I have an MRA screen (the one with a flatter profile at the top) fitted to my pointy and it made a big improvement. Top quality screen as well.
