Charity Plea

I know a few of you don't frequent idle banter and as I know you all more I figured I'd post this up in here as well....



On the 19th June, I shall be travelling up to london and cycling to Brighton 54 miles.

I've not cycled for many years before last September when I started again. I've been training a fair amount and feel confident to reach the end of the 54 mile route.
