Mondello training day 09/07

Late I know, but more a summary.

First time out on track; mondello were doing a bike training day there last Sat.

~55 bikes out, quite a few SVs, good to see.

Loads of track time. learnt a lot.

got the knee down! but pushed too much and back end got away from me as well - ended up sitting out the rest of that session.

defo worth doing.
