Holiday advice please - SV650.org

I am looking at holidays and have no preference where I am to go as long as it is hot, I can relax and there is a beach nearby .... night life but not an 18 - 30 styleee (Woozle is old).

Any good resorts anyone can recommend?

Oh and nothing over 12 hour flight really

and not involving bikes

this is to be an out and out relaxer

I'd never been to Tenerife before, went in April and as long as you stay away from the really touristy bits it was ok.

flights were a couple hundred quid, 4 hours to fly there and you could find places to drink most of the day for €1 a pint!
