Default Can the Org do its magic?

Basically I've got £350 to spend on a laptop, it must have HD output and a min screen of 15.?inch other than that I'm just interested in having the best spec possible.

Used for little more than downloads, watching movies and coursework - OH and the org of course.

I've not yet been shopping about so know very little abotu what spec to expect so thought I'd ask you loverly lot for suggestions/even reccomendations.

Cheers.

When you say HD output do you mean HDMI or will a VGA connector do as long as the Laptop can shove HD res out of it.

If you want HDMI -

Is the only game in town, well at this website anyway, which is the one I use for Laptops at work.

Just over Budget but worth it imo don't be frighted of the brand they have been putting together good kit for some time now.
This laptop will handle *most* recent games with its Nvidia GTX 460 M graphics

http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/sol/shop...546795#infobox

its i3, got 4GB ram , Large HDD , its got usb 3.0 ports, and dedicated graphics.

Review here but with slightly better i5 chip. not i3

Sorry Dave yeah I meant HDMI port,
The AVI port doesnt connect sound though the tv so I have to plug the laptop in via a 3.5mm an have the SS playing out aux which is a huuuuuuge faff tbh.

Im well out of the game as regards spec lol, I dont even know what an i3 or i5 are the last lappy I bought came with a 2.3duelcore and that was awsome at the time, but as we know awsome one day is obsolete the next.

Harry you're a star mate, what benifit does that give?

Bought this recently for the lad. Seems to fit the bill. Cheapest with 4GB and i3 processors that I could find.

Ant:
That medion is out of stock, what the chances they'll restock if they're selling them half the price of anywhere else?
