Anyone have an address for SV650K4?

Hi All,
If anyone has an address for SV650K4 (Kurtis Reid) I would appreciate a PM.
Having paid Kurtis £90.00 for rearsets on 14 Jul 11 I have never received them.
He refuses to trace them through his courier or give me his contact details and has basically said tough luck and will not refund my money.

I am confident that anyone who knows me (and I've been a member since 2004) can vouch for my honesty in selling and buying through this site.

I need his address in order to make a claim through the small claims court and hopefully get my money back.

Did you pay him through paypal mate? If so I'd contact them as I'm under the impression they have a legal duty to protect your money plus they will have an address in which his bank details are registered to

also before I forget i was in court a only a number of days ago over something stupid, similar to this, he as a seller has the duty of refunding your money to you in full and chasing up or making a claim with regards the missing item.

When I was in court it was pointed out in no uncertain terms who is responsible for what, to the other party so you shouldn't have any issues

I would search through all his posts, and find someone he bought something off and then get his address off them. I'm sure you thought of this anyway.
