Zx-9R C2 - £1400

Hi,

I'm advertising this for my brother so I'll PM any prospective buyers with his mobile number. The bike is located in Newton Abbot in Devon.

It's a ZX-9R C2 on an 'S' registration and is in good condition for the age but has some scratches on the fairings.

The MOT is valid until 1st April 2012 and was completed at Torbay Motorcycles with no advisories although the brakes were stripped with all new seals and they now work superbly.

The mileage when MOT'd was 23059 and it is just over 23500 now.

It has braided hoses front and rear and the tyres have plenty of tread left.

The chain and sprocket is also in good condition with plenty of wear left.

It has in the region of 23000 miles but has been serviced every year. The valve clearances were done in a major service costing around £400 a few years ago but it has only done about 4000 miles since.

The last major service was carried out somewhere between 20556 miles and 21483 miles on September 14th 2007, so very little mileage between now and then. Since then I have carried out minor services myself each year.

The list of jobs completed includes head race bearings, balancing carbs, chain and sprockets. This is not on the receipt which is for £461.74 but the bike used to belong to someone I knew and they also checked and adjusted if required the valve clearances at the same time.
