Default Getting lock out

Does any know how to get the lock out of the rear left tail fairing.

Assuming you can get the fairing off, looking at the rear of the fairing you detach the cable, slide off the top metal clip then the lock should just pull out of the metal bracket and fairing

I'm putting it onto a new fairing and I can't seam to get the key part of the lock out

ONce the cable is out there should be a metal tang on the back of it which should slide out away from the lock and the whole thing will come out to be transferred

Alternative method is to use a hammer, however it seems you've completed the task now and dont need my tip.
