Default Anyone recommend a good top box rack?

Hi All,

Just got a 2005 SV650s and loving it. Already have a Givi top box I'd like to use with it - can anyone recommended a rack for it which is decent quality and sensibly priced?

Cheers,

Rob

As in get a spare one and drill holes in it? I'd still like to take a pillion (but probably not at the same time as the box).

If you aren't taking a pillion at the same time as the box then the rear seat is the way to go. The advantage is that your bike can be transformed from Fugly to nice again within seconds.

Renntec do a range of racks.
I fiited one to my Gladius.
I do not think it makes the bike ugly - but this is my opinion

You can get a SW Motech Alu rack and a GIVI top plate which will fit your box. IMO Alu Racks look better and more stylish than the more bulky GIVI racks. They are more expensive but look better when there is no box on there IMHO.
The link is for the sv one.
