Why the guy in Hi-Vis relevant? Looks like a cameraman to me?

I can't help but think the bloke would go much quicker if he actually got some traction at some point. I really don't get the point of drifting - it's ok every now and then as a showing off thing but doing it continuously corner after corner and sideways down the straights just seems a bit daft, especially as it's meant to be racing.

It is racing. But it is also about how much smoke how good the drifts are and how close you can drift to objects. Also style and controle

But i also get your point
