Default will a 120/70 tyre fit under a standard front mudguard?

If so, let me know

And should I drop the forks a 'tad? Even though this diminishes the minimal ground clearance further?

Should if a fender extender ain't fitted

Had a dunlop Roadsmart that in the 70 (its a tall 70) and it just clears and rubs only when you try to insert the front into the road braking hard

Mine lasted about 40ft from the fitter bench to the bottom of the ramp. It was glued on also

Done about 4k on a 70 front this year with Silicone grease on the plugs- No issues in the slightest.
Since the tyre has started to square I'm in two minds if the 60 or 70 profile is better

Squaring of tyres isn't due to the profile, it's down to you being a pussy on the bends

You can always find a more fun route.
I go 3 miles extra on my way home as its FUN,
But conversely your wear the edges away if you don't mix the two styles.
