Default Bit of a bummer

My son gave us £250 of holiday vouchers for Xmas--------------TERRIFIC

Not,the firm has just gone into administration,so now we have to apply to get the money back and we hadn't even booked anything.Why dear God could life not be simple and plain sailing just for once

Oh no, really sorry to hear this.

Did he use a credit card to pay for them by any chance? When you buy something over £100 on a CC then there's cover you automatically get from the card provider for problems with the product...

Hope you get it sorted okay.

Oh that's a sh1tty thing to happen for Xmas. Cazza's right on the credit card info - definitely the best place for your son to start. I bet he feels awful too
