Default Identify these parts please.

So I took the throttle bodies off of the bike to clean them and blew out some hoses that leads to small (half millimeter) ports that are right above the throttle plates themselves. Does anyone know what they are for? I can't figure it out but the cleaning gave me a large boost in torque and smoothness and I'd like to know why. The two hoses are connected to the throttle bodies and come together in a small T which leads to the longer hose with the arrow on it, this hose in turn goes back to something under the subframe.

With Tim and speedy looks like a vacum attachment to something aftermarket (Scotoiler) or someone's had an entry for loudest bike horn

Could be a breather, been so long since I've touched my bike, (plus its a later model), I can't picture the hose attachments!
