Never used morrisons but I seem to remember a few years back that one of the supermarkets caused some problems for motorists by using a lower octane fuel than stated or something to do with additives that caused engine problems. I tend to stay away and just fill up with bp or shell and use premium unleaded. Could be just a one off though.

Well I was having a chat to a guy at mira over apint the other night and he tests all the fuel you buy. Interestingly he saidthat the fuel you buy changes from week to week. They are constantly changingthe additives to try and make things cheaper

Didn't it only affect Peugeots?

on my SV650.

i have just had the air filter out and ran some carb cleaner through it, ran fine at first, then died.
turned off ignition and looked under that black spongey thing on the left of the airbox, and was clogged up with what can only be described as cottage cheese/puss looking stuff. have no idea where this little hole goes to. hazarding a guess at a breather pipe but no idea what for.

help? =[

Just give it a clean out, I think you can wash it and dry it or use petrol?
