Like the skirt and the belt - what size IS the belt? (I understand it's 40" long but like what size waist does it fit?)

Yeah, I realised the lack of description and updated it for the eBay ad. It would fit 28" to 33" waists. Or I guess up to 39" waists if you make you're on holes but that's not advised.
