Bikes = better.
From the racing seen so far it seems the regs are working out alright in favour of a level playing field. Compared to F1 money pit procession with all the mario kart bollox KERS and stuff, how fake... From an engineering standpoint the cars are much much more highly strung, F1 cars need to be fed hot water before they'll start, can't really be driven by ordinary humans etc. You see the odd bike journos riding GP bikes no problem.

As YC said how many journos (except ex F1) do you see in a F1 car. The Silverstone comparison is around the extension for both. They both used the new section over the old route
