As someone once recommended to me, can't you just fit a tail tidy and spray the underside of the existing plastic tray to make it look like a full unit?

(assuming that you're after looks rather than owt else)

I was gunna cut the prevous under tray. And attach this tail tidy. But theres a gap near rear light if you cut it
