Default What a beautiful day

No sarcasm intended. After all the rain what a delight to have lunch in the garden.

Peppered maceral salad with a large glass of white so cannot enjoy the sun on the bike this afternoon. So stuck in front of the box watching MotoGP

wish I could say that! I have just been out on the bike to top up with petrol and its flooding really quick around here, I even had to kneel on the seat on a few roads the puddles were that deep!

Not for me sir, off to work an evening shift accompanied by last nights hangover.

Happy couch potato'ing

A pity the local charity events for this weekend (Leyland festival and symphony at Hougton Tower/fireworks) have all been cancelled. Like I say in the title. What a beautiful day. God is smiling on Lancashire

I've just done a morning MX'ing near Ipswich. Bit muddy at first but no rain and its been all sunshine except for a couple of isolated showers (one was only for 500 metres on the A12, the other less near Ipswich). Will snooze this afternoon though

Bit further East, and sunshine all day so far. Been cleaning & polishing the camper van.

Thursday was really hot & Friday was similar.

Feel sorry for the folks who are having a tough time with the weather

Been good weather here today, decided to head out for a ride this afternoon and expected to get turned back by heavy showers. Made it to Barmouth, back via bedgellert A5 then A55 as i was trying to get back quick as I was out for 5 hours in total very pleasant day, 220 mile. More than I've done in a long while.
