They are mental, but i have the utmost respect for all of them, including the guys at the back. If I could ride 10% as well as them I would be a happy bunny

"Red no. 7"!? That is Ryan Farquhar good sir! The most successful Irish racer ever!

Also, his bike is orange...

Just thought I would say.

Nice photos C, but, lay off Guy, he is a legend!

I have to admit that he & Michael Dunlop are in a league of their own, but Guy Martin really does need to lose his prima donna status that he thinks he has. Talking to a few people this year & it's amazing how many are starting to dislike his attitude.
There was a chap there with his little kids, who were collecting autographs on a TT calender, all of the riders signed it....Except 1. Also another person asked to have their photo taken with him, he said no.
I've heard it so many times over the last couple of months.
The other riders are so approachable, but not Guy, he needs to remember that his fans are the ones that have put him where he is.
Ryan Farquhar actually stopped & spoke to us at the bike show because we had TT Tee shirts on, brilliant bloke, but, I'm sorry Mr Martin is too far up his own bottom for my liking

I'm still in camp "go guy" but I've seen a lot of what you say, there does seem to be a shift in his popularity.
Its almost as though people liked him as they took him as a gimic but in reality that's just how he is and now its worn thin for people. Far too many stories like your calender that dont seem to be helping his corner.

Cracking pics, look forward to next years

It is a shame if that is the way he is going about things.

He is so popular because of his approachability and because of his character.

I hope he see's soon that being a douché will only end up making you some of the MotoGp riders, hated and disrespected, no matter how talented you are

He has done the sport the world of good. I went to the Southern last year & there were about 6 bikes on our campsite, this year there must have been around 40. Steam Packet reckon that their figures were 60% up on last year, so it's all positive, but he really will be losing fans hand over fist.
This is what I like about Dunlop & Farquhar, working on their bikes in a van, now that's commitment to racing.

I wanted a Dunlop Tee shirt & asked one of his mechanics where I could buy one from. "What size you after?" He went to the front of the van & reappeared with said shirts. Apparently thats how Michael sponsers part of his racing, back to the roots of it.

That was one bloody frantic and blue coloured van when I was there about 30 minutes later on!
Got to admit that Cannon you've got is bloody brilliant. I was speaking to this guy at Church on Wednesday and he was using its Big Big Big Brother http://www.facebook.com/Wpfotos
