Default Ball bags! Puncture.

Just spent £20 (would you believe it!) on a 36mm socket to get my rear wheel off. It'll get used in the future so no biggy really. Got the wheel off and found out it was flat. Stuck the pump on it and it's 0 psi, so a proper puncture. That'll explain why my bike felt sketchy on Sunday! Was riding around with a totally flat, or rapidly deflating tyre!

Anyway, it's a pretty much brand new Pilot Power 2CT. Don't want to buy a new one, but hear lots of rumours that nobody will repair bike tyres. Any thoughts?!

I've emailed him so I could send a picture. Did the soap water test and found a decent sized stone wedged deep into the tyre. Funny thing is, the stone embedded in it isn't leaking. It's an invisible microscopic hole an inch from it that's ****ing out air.

Hopefully he'll get back to me.

Interesting! I will give them a ring then. Mind you, perhaps they weren't talking about Z/ZR rated tyres. Otherwise Dan will hopefully chime in when he gets out of bed.

Probably not, I expect they will only repair tyres from wheelbarrows.

That is definitely an unlucky bike - if I was you I'd take out a decent life insurance policy before you ride it again.
