I have just made the purchase of a rowing machine and am slowly getting used to using it. I have found that it is more taxing than I anticipated but that does not trouble me. What I am having concerns about is that my bum seems to hurt a lot when I am rowing?(Yes I am sitting as recommended on the padded seat!) It is a kind of tingling numbness that might be down to the weight being emphasised through my posterior when exercising. Has anyone else ever had this problem,is there a cure? Any responses be they serious or of a jovial nature would be appreciated.
