Default Seat recovering and filling?

Afternoon all.

I know many among us lower their seats which is just a matter of scooping out what you dont want and then recovering.
But
Has anyone every filled out a seat??

Im planning on making one of my seats ( for the Dr) flatter as it has a big dip in the middle you slide into every time you brake.
I have a spare vfr seat that ive got the foam out of and have worked out how much ill roughly need but i lack 2 things.

What sort of stapler should i use to put the new cover on?
And
Is there a specific glue to use to hold the two pieces of foam together??

And if anyone is willing to lend a hand and help me not screw it up i have a kettle and biscuits on hand and a beer token to boot.

Thanks
Badger.

Pretty sure normal contact spray glue would be fine. My wife has a Stanley stapler she uses for crafts for stapling wood. If you look at the packaging it should give you an idea of what it will staple
