Default Mirror hex bolt plastic caps

Genuine replacements for these are an outrageous £1.82 each. That should be the price for a bag of 10! Anyone know a good source of these? Surely they can't only be used for bike mirrors.

Looks to be one of these:

That's more like the price! Probably end up being 5p each with a minimum postage of £4.99 lol

Depends how many you want. Buy 1000 and you could get them for 4p each. You could do every bolt on a few bikes with that

Thanks for that, that's definitely an improvement over buying genuine. The mirrors bolts are M6 I think so this is probably the one:

If I could afford to buy 1000 I would, then be the mirror blank orger pimp...

Just a quick follow up, I bought a set of these:

PLASTIC ALLEN SCREW CAP COVER - TO SUIT M6 CAP HEAD BOLT PACk OF 20 Black/White

from a seller called toolsandbolts on eBay. Came to about £5 inc. P&P for 20. Still ridiculously expensive for what they are but they fit very well, more tightly than the OEM ones for which Suzuki wanted even sillier money for.

The circular cap is a little thinner (coming to a sharp edge rather than a 1mm thick edge, like a dome headed coin), but to my mind they look neater for it. The plastic is also a little shinier, but this just makes them look newer IMHO.

So I've still got 16 left for my spares bin, which is cool because however carefully you remove these caps they're unlikely to go back in as neatly as they came off.

Prob 2 would do it, but 4 ideally then I have a couple of spares. Got at least 3 trackdays next year so mirrors will be on and off a fair bit. Bound to lose or break a cover along the way.
