Long story , short: My right hand heated grip was broken, numerous people told me they cant normally be fixed, so i took there advice. Ive taken the old grips off, and i have some oxford hot grips ready to go on. I have followed the wires back from the old grip and i have got to here, negative to the battery and positive through an in line fuse to the main loom:

I was plannig on following the PDF guide from this website to put the new grips on, but can i just use this same connection for my new ones ? My burned out right grip, was literally burned out. the filament was charred and a bit melted. |

nowt wrong with what has been done but i would recommend putting a relay in so as your not drawing the current from the bike loom. the relay will switch power using the same feed but get power from the battery, much safer.
