Default Which regulator rectifier for Curvy?

i know its an old problem but, what's the best/cheapest upgrade for a regulator-rectifer for a curvy?

Not as cheap as 2nd hand off Ebay but new, UK made and cheaper than OEM. Ebay about £30/40
