If I sued all the places where I worked, and tripped up, I could have retired ages ago.

Its dark, so she's got an official issue torch to chase baddies, in case the run way, so why wasn't she using it?

Thats the basis of her claim, the garage forecourt was poorly lit, causing her to trip on an unlit kerb.

Our risk profile for this kind of work would be to use a torch in the absence of good illumination

Crazy state of affair I think.

Does this mean if a Police Officer breaks a finger nail whilst searching a vehicle, they can decide to claim off the driver or owner of the vehicle?
