Default curvy indicator options?

Hi

Have the standard indicators on my 2001 curvy.

Wanting smaller ones (not tiny ones you can't see) as the originals are simply huge!

Not wanting LEDS, won't go with the bike.

Preferably orange lens but clear will do.

Any suggestions?

It pains me to say it, but Halfords do some reasonable ones.

I have them on my bike, small but not tiny.

Here you go:

They have clear bulbs with an orange insert in the lense. About £14-15 a pair I think, although you could probably buy similar for cheaper on ebay. The only issue with them is the bulbs are a nightmare to change as they are pretty small. Overall, I'm happy with them though.

Ebay:

Went for the dark grey rather than solid black.

Sorry for all the questions but how do they pop on and off? And can they be taken off in a short time maybe once a week etc or are they a permanent thing

No probs - that's what forums are for

They're secured with some 3M velcro type pads on the back. Strong, but can be clipped on an off in seconds if riding at night or in poor weather, etc. Surprisingly, they do let some light through aswell. I usually tend to ride with my sidelight on though as that isn't covered.

Just be sure when installing the pads that you give the headlight lenses a good clean with some alcohol wipes or similar to aid adhesion.

I see, so when they are off your left with Velcro on your headlight?

Three or four small (prob a couple of cm) squares. They're a very light colour so not particularly noticeable unless close up.
