Default Datatool heated grips

are superb. much better than Oxford by a long way.

the Datatool for one has a built in switch on the left grip, they are a we bit softer to grip. sense when the bike is at idle so cuts back on the power and pulse (well mine do anyway as i have mine plugged into the gizmo). they also get damned hot on full heat setting. look neater and easier to install than the Oxford.

seem to be reliable so far and hold up to weather as i leave my bike out without a cover so if anything is going to kill them its that but so far so good.

few things i had to do when fitting was round off the corner on the switch as it was a bit sharp, sand down the throttle tube to remove most of the ridges. the glue they supply is also very good as long as its left to cure overnight.

Concur.
Had to repair the connections on my Oxford grips as they had corroded and failed. And I have a mess of cabling hanging around my top yoke. Yes I could have sorted both issues at the same time and it has just dawned on me! Ay voy.
