Default Hello again.

Well I joined the Forum a few years ago when I was considering buying meself an SV. I changed my mind in the end but I recently bought one anyway...a SV650n curvy.

11500 miles and in very good condition. The forks are too soft even for my old man style of riding so new K-Tech springs are on the way. New tyres fitted this week and I've started giving it a service. Here's some pics. I've already changed the bars to something more upright. The drag bars were too low and narrow for me...

I went off 4 pots years ago after discovering twins and I'm liking this engine a lot. Compared to my Virago it feels very refined. Nice nice. I'm using the search function but might feel the need to ask if I'm stuck on anything.

Cheers.

Thanks for the welcome.

Yeah black's good on any bike I reckon.
Went to change brake pads and spotted some interestingly shaped
dust seals and plenty white crusty stuff so new seals in the post,
along with a plug spanner which is missing from the tool kit
and my deep sockets don't fit in the heads.
