Zip Replacement!
I own a alpinestar Drystar gore tech jacket and the zip has broken and won't line up and work properly etc.
anyone know of any websites etc I can get a replacement from? I've tried looking on the alpinestar website and they don't seem to do repairs etc. I've also had a look on YKK and they don't do what I'm after. anyone know anything? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Ah, was kinda hoping they could source the part too!
Can you not just use a normal zip? Well a slightly beefy normal zip anyway. Or is that what you are having issue with? It's a shame as I have just thrown an old jacket out, could have had the zip from that!

There are a number of authorized Goretex repair shops. Try searching for these - they will probably be able to fix it for you.
I only know one up in the North West, but the goretex website might have a list. http://www.gore-tex.co.uk/remote/Sat...ir-information unfortunately they're all up north or in Scotland. You'd have to post it.

Get in touch with Hill4Leather, did warranty work on my jacket, just posted it to them and job sorted. Quality of their work is excellent.
