We now know Andy has a very nice and shiny white pointy to abuse

So the burning question is ..... What should the org encourage him to do with the old one.

My suggestion is a 1970s easy rider style trike with the two wheels at the front.
I know this is a bit tame but I'm sure there will be better

Sorn it and do that cafe racer project you posted about before over a long time as and when you feel like it...

Bike has to go. Need it out the house and folks want shot. Also I'm kinda skint for the next 6 months with the new one

Andy should strip out the electrics and take the time to set up a new loom. while he's doing that he could get the plastics and tank sprayed black, the frame swingarm and fork bottoms powder coated black. Whilst getting the wheels done another colour maybe gold.
