I have a Dan Moto carbon end can, it makes a beautiful sound, looks good and is fairly well made. I like it

For the money they are good quality, the issues I've experienced is that there's a lack of quality control and often they don't fit or line up as well as expected.
Like said they're extremely loud, to the point where it's just noise, not very nice in my opinion. The dB killer for them are quite cheap but also pretty small so I wouldn't expect it to do much.

Mighty Boosh had one fitted to his SV, you could hear it 2 counties away. Even he thought it was too loud & got rid of it.

For those of us riding behind him, it was very painful.

Good for getting noticed by car drivers, Police & annoying the neighbours. Only one or two of these traits is useful

Default Dan Moto exhausts?

Got a gp style dan moto, no baffle. Really loud.

I love it, no issues so far, got it off a guy on here as it won't pass an mot.

Got a fuel I have for that and track days

My DanMoto only gets loud when I rev the t1ts off it. The neighbours don't even know its there when warming up on the driveway. The one I've shown in picture earlier in the thread is fine, sounds good but not too loud. Maybe carbon fibre cans are quieter than metal can but what I'm reading here about them being stupidly loud is over blown nonsense in my experience. Just done 9000 miles with this can, yes I wear ears plugs but as I ride through a rural village at 30 mph it quietly burbles and no one would know I was there. I've heard many inline 4s with fancy cans making much more noise that my SV with its DM.

Perhaps I'm going deaf and don't know it

Yeah that looks a lot more substantial than mine, it's essentially just a straight through pipe lol
