Pointy Adjuster Plates by Bibio
I'm looking for the ones with a Scottoiler bracket, but the basic version would do too. Bibio doesn't make them anymore

If he doesn't make them any more does that mean they are now really expensive due to demand?
 When I finally get around to stripping down my SV to sell off, I have the normal set I no longer need. So it depends on how quickly you need them. PS: The bike has sat partially disassembled in my garage since this time last year!
