Buying options from abroad for New & Used

Being a bargin hunter I just wanted if anyone has got good deals abroad like in France & Italy. I know all about the implications regarding warranties & registering the vehicle in the UK etc etc as I work in the motor trade, but can there be good deals to be had in other various countries and is it worth it, are auctions a good places to try out as | have known people to also get bikes from these type of outlets. As usual any contributions will be greatly recieved.
