Matching paint work for SV - SV650.org

Hi there,

I just found the forum and joined today - looks like a really great website.

My SV650s is the better version (before all the razor ends of the late SV came in) in deep red.

Any recommendations for paint jobs in the M25 area? Preferably one that lasts and matches the stock colour.

The M25's a big place....

I'd recommend Sudden Impact in Romford. The match is perfect and although it was only done earlier this year it looks like it'll last. It was expensive, but then I didn't have to pay - the insurance did...

What do you need spraying, cause I have some brand new bits in deep 19a red, including lowers, front top fairing,side top fairings, tank. All brand new

I don't know where Romford is but it sounds like Sudden Impact is worth looking up in a map.

SexySi - you've got half of a red SV there. A landrover reversed into my SV when it was parked. He knocked it over and scratched the right lower fairing and the right upper fairing and then did a runner. The right upper fairing I replaced doesn't match colour properly - it looks a bit darker than the rest of the SV.

If you've still got those bits I'd be happy to know via PM or the forum.
