Crash bungs - Removal???
Does anyone know how to remove crash bungs
 I have huge ones and there are no screws, bolts, etc so I don't know how to get them off! Any info would be great!

Any clues as to wether they are Suzuki ones or some other make?
If they are R&G the black "bung" unscrews from the grey base bit, then just unbolt the retaining screws, slide out long rod thingy, viola. Helps if you have the right bits to put back in. |

i believe u need a torque wrench to tighten the bolt back up afterwards, to allow for engine stress or something.
