Default K5 SV

I just noticed something on the SV site that I hadn't seen before.
It looks like the Yellow SV will have a silver frame, not the black we were all expecting Suzuki site
Apologies if this is old news to everybody else, but it surprised me a little. I might have considered a yellow one with a black frame, but I don't like the silver and yellow at all.

I see what you mean, yellow is the only one with the silver frame, I would have thought it would have been cheaper for all to be in black, unless of course the yellow uses old stock frames.

Isn't that a picture of a K4, not a K5?

It's possible that it's a K4, but why would they put it with pictures of the K5?

I just checked the US site, and the yellow one has a black frame on there.
Maybe they just didn't feel like taking any more pictures of a yellow bike, can't blame them for that, really ;p

Default Black SV

Carsick you maybe correct Suzuki GB have no colour sense.

Revisit their site and click on colours, you get an interested pop-up window, roll your mouse over the black choice

I did notice the silver frame too. Also are they doing it in red as apposed to the black in the K4? I am quite tempted buy a red one, even though all my leathers are blue!?!?

Remember that the K5's won't be in UK showrooms till the middle of 05 at the earliest. The States on this particular occasion has first divvy .

I've now decided to keep my SV for another year and am seriously considering a naked black K5 1000 (might even be a K6) for 06, and as it has 118 bhp at the rear wheel it'll be more than enough for the likes of me. Black, black frame, black wheels and trick it up .
