Default lower fairing question

Good evening o Knowledgeable ones

I have seen several used lowers for sale on Ebay recently minus the fixing kits - can you buy the fixing kits seperatly? is it easy to self fabricate/create the fixing kit? is it obvious where the fiaring connects to the bike? also are the lowers diferent for a K1/k2 i.e would a fairing from a curvey 99 model fit a curvey 02 model or vice a versa?

sorry for the number of questions - any

Lowers are the same for all years of curvy bike... I'm sure it's possible to guy the brackets seperately but I don't know how, seen it posted here before. You could build your own, assuming you can use a welder that is If you decide to try this I could get you pics of the brackets and where they go, if you like...

You can buy the fixing kits from your local dealer, i bought them for the my k3, if you get no joy from your dealer go onto the suzukigb web site and contact them directly they should be able to give you the stock number which you can then take back to your dealer.

You can get the lower fairing mounting kits. they are cheap at around £10. I got mine from Robinsons of Canterbury.
