I fitted a set of R&G crash bungs to my K4. They haven't been tested on a moving drop, but did prevent any major damage when my bike was pushed over in the company car park - only damage was a small tear in the pillion seat and a slight scuff to the exhaust (all indicators, leavers and bodywork survived unscathed).

As for fitting the hardest part is loosening the engine bolt. I ended up using a length of steel tube as the torque wrench was not up to the job on its own.

I got my R&G's from Hein Gerricke in Bradford. I had to order them but they only took a couple of days and cost about £60.

I have order other bits of the web before, but for the sake of a few quid I prefer to go to a bike shop. If there is a problem I've found the service is much better and at least you can rant at a person!

Just put R&G on my K4, really easy to fit and look pretty good.
