There are specialist's that can change the odometer reading on electronic speedo's. BUT they will only change a reading from Kilometres to miles, for example if the speedo is converted to read in mph from kilometres. They will not change a genuine reading back for clocking purposes as it's illegal. If the kilometres are converted to miles, they typically provide an invoice with the old kilometre reading, and the equivalent miles reading in a digital photo so that when the owner comes to sell the bike, they can prove its legitimate.
