Default Exhaust Coverup???

Anyone know where I can get Heat Resistant Stickers or similar to cover up the NOT FOR ROAD USE embossing on an aftermarket exhaust?????

Anyone else go to Brands yesterday???
Great racing eh? Hope that guy who crashed on the second to last lap of the last race was ok. That was really nasty!!!! I was standing at the bottom of Paddy Hill when it happened and I swear my heart stopped!!!

Where's it stamped? An R&G can protector covered mine up rather nicely until I could be bothered to remove it...

Or if you've got a grinder and a riveter, chop off the offending part (lots of comapnies are kind and put it on the end strap but I gues you weren't so lucky...)

...Or you could polish it out. Like on a Micron.

It was under the outlet....

If it's written on the strap, take the strap off, turn it inside out and rivet it back on.

Doesn't always work that, with mine you got a nice reversed "NOT FOR ROAD USE" visible on the strap "Well sir, not only is this an illegal exhaust, but you've made a pathetic attempt to hide it- BUSTED!"

Ah, there's a question... Do the straps actually serve a purpose, or could you just rivet sleeve to cap without them?

Default Exhaust Coverup

Thanks for the tips guys.
I shall give the 'normal' stickers a go then.

As for those of you talking about straps etc..... The Embossing in actually along the visible side of the can under the makes logo.
