next question? what are the best rear set for me!!
the standard rear set are all worn & looking shabby on my k4 sv650s which one's should i be looking to buy now?? they have to be road legal & not make my wallet to light any ideas people

I don't have any direct experience with rearsets, but if you are replacing your hangers, I'll take the old ones off your hands.

The paint comes off really badly on the heel plates. If you can be bothered they're worth polishing back to metal.
I doubt autosol will do much good without taking the rest of the paint off, though. |

just wondering if some of the more knowledgable people here could explain a few things to me.
whats autosol wet + dry could i use sandpaper to remove the old paint and restore the metal look ? also, if i do this - do you recon its just an invitation for the rust ? |

Hey,
Like the other guys have mentioned, polish them up. If your getting rearsets because the pair on the SV look bad... Then just polish them. But if you want a better set of rearsets that is a different story that I have no knowledge in. See below:  Mitch |
