paint work
Does anybody know whether the paint work on the sv is covered under warranty?

What's wrong is that on my oil tank the silver paint is starting to flake off

Ring up a dealer and ask them about it. New suzukis have a 24 month warranty so it will be covered. GSXRs have paint problems too - I know I've got one! They should sort it out for you if it's within warranty and you've not done nowt stupid to cause the paint to peel in the first place.
