Unfortunately, how longs a piece of string... Customer Service isn't one of their strong-points apparently

2 days.. would have arrived next day if I had been at home to receive the parcel, I had to get it re-directed to work and it arrived the next day

this is the thing, some people have had really bad problems with them, waiting ages, and others seem to get it in the next couple of days.

mine took 2 months first time.

(despite them telling me 2-5 days)

then they packed the wrong link pipe,

waited 3 weeks for that

then they forgot to send a clamp with the link pipe,

2 weeks for that

so all together , quite a long time

good luck.

As i was geting impatient, i emaild blueflame this morning, they got back to me a minute ago, and said that they had to wait for a part to come in and it should arrive today, which is quite promising, but if it does or not is another matter.
